Guides to prescribe in the system by a doctor

Step 1:

Navigate to https://kwivuza.rssb.rw and sign in.

Step 2:

Open the patient visit on a queue list to prescribe.

Step 3:

In the search box, search for differential Diagnosis and add them.

Step 4:

After adding differential dagnosis, Click "Heath facility services"

Step 5:

Search and add all services a patient has received at the health facility. (medical acts, biological acts, drugs, and consumable devices).

For instance lets try to add a consultation by a general practitioner.

Step 6:

Click the "Quantity" field to enter the quantity.

Step 7:

Click "Add to list"

Step 8:

Reapeat the process until all the services the patient has received atva health facility are added.

Step 9:

From here all the health facility services are added.

Step 10:

If the patient needs medication from the out external pharmacy, click on pharmacy prescriptions to make a pharmacy voucher.

Step 11:

Search for the medical products to be received from the external pharmacy and add the all.

Step 12:

Click the "Quantity" field to enter the quantity.

Step 13:

Select the drug frequency.

Step 14:

Click the "Duration" field to enter the days a patient will take a medication.

Step 15:

Click "Add to list"

From here you can see that the prescription is added to the voucher.

Step 16:

Repeat the process until all the products are added.

Step 17:

Click "Next: Review and confirm"

Step 18:

Enter clinical motivation reflecting to all the highlighted products that requires medical advisor approval.

Step 19:

Click consent button to confirm that the patient has received the services.

Step 20:

Click "Add Products"

Step 21:

Click "Continue"
