How to record a voucher with medicalized services and internal transfer (medicalized health center with no ambulance)

Step 1:

Navigate to https://kwivuza.rssb.rw and sign in.

Step 2:

Select the memberwho is seeking medical services.

Step 3:

Create a voucher for the selected individual by filling all fields.

Step 4:

Click "Continue: Diagnosis & referral."

Step 5:

Select a health practitioner.

Step 6:

Click here "to search for diagnosis by name" if any, and select it.

Step 7:

Click this checkbox if the patient has been referred internally.

Step 8:

Select referral reason and click "Continue: Add prescription"

Step 9:

search for all medical products and services provided to the patient and add them one by one.

Step 10:

Click "Add to list."

Step 11:

Click "Next: Review and confirm."

Step12:

Click "Next: Review and confirm."

Step 13:

Here, you can see that RSSB will pay RWF 0, as the amount has already been covered under capitation. The patient will pay RWF 200 if he/she is not supported by the government.

Step 14:

Click "Next: Finish"

Step 15:

This voucher will have a 'ready for invoice' status as it will not be verified.

The patient will go to the doctor as he/she is internally referred, and it is now time to add a doctor's voucher.

Step16 :

Check the eligibility again and continue.

Step 17:

Choose the referred patient and continue.

Step 18:

Choose if it is out or in-patient and fill all the remaining fields.

Step 19:

Click "Continue: Diagnosis & referral"

Step 20:

Click this checkbox since the patient is referred.

Step 21:

Choose the patient transfer, and you will see the necessary information about the transfer.

Step 22:

Select the doctor the patient was assigned to.

Step23:

Add diagnosis and Click "Continue: Add prescription."

Step 24:

Search for medicalized services provided to the patient.

Step 25:

Click "Add to list."

Step 26:

After adding all medicalized services as well as medicalised procedures then Click "Next: Review and confirm."

Step 27:

Click the checkbox to confirm then Click "Next: Finish."

This voucher will have a 'ready for review' status as it will be verified by RSSB to be paid.
