How to record a voucher with no medicalized services and no ambulance

Vouchers without medicalized services or ambulance will not be verified by RSSB and will automatically be assigned a 'Ready for Invoice' status.

Step 1:

Navigate to https://www.kwivuza.rssb.rw/en/auth/login and sign in.

Step 2:

Type in member's ID to check eligibility.

Step 3:

Select the individual who is seeking medical services.

Step 4:

Create a voucher for the selected individual by filling all fields.

Step 5:

Click "Continue: Diagnosis & referral"

Step 6:

Select a health practitioner.

Step 7:

Click here "to search diagnosis by name" if any and select it.

Step 8:

Click "Continue: Add prescription"

Step 9:

Search for all medical product and services provided to the patient and add them one by one.

Step 10:

Click "Add to list"

Step 11:

Click "Next: Review and confirm"

Step 12:

From here, you can see that RSSB will pay RWF 0, as the amount has already been covered under capitation. The patient will pay RWF 200 if he/she is not supported by the government.

Step 13:

Click this checkbox to submit the voucher.

Step 14:

Click "Next: Finish"
