Admin: How to Add a Health Practitioner to a health facility in Kwivuza system

Step 1:

Navigate to https://kwivuza.rssb.rw and sign in.

Step 2:

Click on your name in the right upper corner.

Step 3:

Click "Manage users"

Step 4:

Click "Health practitioners"

Step 5:

Click "Add a practitioner"

Step 6:

Select document type(National ID or passport)

Step 7:

Insert the selected document number and the practitioner’s phone number, then click “Validate Details.”

Step 8:

Fill in all the fields with the practitioner’s information, then click “Create Practitioner.”

A health practitioner is successfully added to the Kwivuza system.
