This user guide provides step-by-step for doctors on how to update an in-progress and discharge a patient's prescription, as long as the medical products have not yet been dispensed at the pharmacy.
Step 1:
click on "patient queue"
Step 2:
Click on patient's prescription you want to update.
Step 3:
Click on edit prescription button.
Step 4:
Edit quantity, drug frequency, duration and add Posology if needed.
Step 5:
Click "Update prescription"
Step 6:
you can also remove a drug from patient's prescription by clicking "delete" button.
Step 7:
Click "Continue" and it is removed from patient's prescription.
You can also update a discharged patient's prescription
Step 1:
Click "Filter patient queue list".
Step 2:
Click "Discharged".
Step 3:
Click the "Search by patient name or voucher number" to search for a discharged patient prescription.
Step 4:
Click on the prescription you want to edit.
Step 5:
Click on the edit button.
You can edit quantity, drug frequency, duration and add Posology and then click on "update prescription"
You can delete a drug on a discharged patient's prescription.
Step 1:
Click on "delete" button.
Step 2:
Click "Continue"
The medical product is removed successfully.
