Cashier: How to create a patient visit in Kwivuza application

This user guide explains how cashiers can register a patient visit in the Kwivuza application. It provides step-by-step instructions on selecting the patient, entering visit details, and confirming the registration.

Step 1:

Navigate to https://kwivuza.rssb.rw and sign in using your registered phone number and OTP.

Step 2:

Enter member Card ID or national ID number to check eligibility

Step 3:

Choose a member who is seeking medical service.

Step 4:

fill all the fields with asked patient's information.

Step 5:

upload supporting documents if any.

Step 6:

After filling members asked information, Click "Create visit"

Step 7:

The patient visit is now successfully created.
