How to assign responsible pharmacist in kwivuza System

The facility Admin of a pharmacy is the only one who can assign a responsible pharmacist.

The responsible pharmacist is the only one in the pharmacy who can initiate invoices, make invoice adjustments, and view the invoice and voucher dashboard.

Step 1:

Navigate to https://www.kwivuza.rssb.rw/en/households/search and sign in.

Step 2:

Click on your profile.

Step 4:

Click "Manage users."

Step 5:

Click "Assign."

Step 6:

Click the Search field to search for a pharmacist.

Step 7:

Click on the pharmacist you want to assign.

Step 8:

Click "Assign."

Step 10:

Now the responsible pharmacist is assigned.
