How to Add a Pharmacy User in kwivuza application

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.kwivuza.rssb.rw/en/households/search and sign in using your phone number and OTP.

Step 2: Click on your profile.

Step 3: Click "Manage users"

Step 4: Click "Add a pharmacy user"

Step 5: Add ID number and Phone number of the user. ( phone number must be registered to the given ID)

Step 6: Select the "Pharmacist" option.

Step 7: Click "Validate details."

Step 8: Click "Create user"
