Step 1: 

Navigate to www.kwivuza.rssb.rw and sign in.

Step 2: 

Go through the entire process of creating a voucher.

Step 3:

Click "continue: Add prescription."

Step 4: 

Search the medicine.

Step 5:

Click "Add to list."

Step 6:

Click "Next: Review and confirm."

Step 7:

If the medicine is prescribed early, you will need to provide a reason.

Click "Provide reason."

Step 8:

Click the "Reason for early refill" field.

Step 9:

Click "Save changes."

Step 10:

Click the "Enter clinical motivation" field.

Step 11:

Click "Next: Finish," and wait for the medical advisor to review it.
